wejdz na irssi.org i sprawdz jak wejsc na cvs'a irsii - pobierz najnowsza wersje cvs'a i skompiluj jak normalna

ale to musisz z shell'a albo z linucha lokalnie bo imo z windowsa tego nie zrobisz
